Policies and Related Guidelines
Unlike many other user-generated content sharing platforms, pornographic and sexually explicit material is accepted on Yuzzer That being said, all content that is uploaded to our platform must adhere to our Terms of Service. Yuzzer takes a number of actions to help protect the safety of our community, and integrity of our platform.
We have a dedicated Trust and Safety team that develops and maintains safety policy initiatives, and works closely with a number of global organizations. Our team systematically monitors and reviews our policies to increase safety and efficacy, as well as to ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory changes around the world.
To help users understand the basics of what is and is NOT allowed on our platform, we’ve decided to share some of our policies, and have created related guidelines. Please take the time to read our policies and related guidelines. Though not an exhaustive list, following our policies and related guidelines helps to keep the Yuzzer platform a secure and enjoyable space for our global community by listing some basics about what isn’t allowed on Yuzzer.
Absolutely prohibited content (eg. Images, text references, videos, animations, cartoons) that can be interpreted to induce or suggest illegal activity or any activity that violates the policies of banks, card associations or Epoch, including, but not limited to: bestiality, child pornography, rape / non-consensual sexual behavior, extreme violence, mutilation, dismemberment, excrement or menstruation. Epoch does not accept submissions from sites where the content relates to the act of (as well as the consumption of) defecation and vomiting. Furthermore, there can be NO WORDS or META-TAGs that can be interpreted to represent or suggest content that is not allowed on the site. Example "A": Suchmeta-tag such as: animals, animal sex, beast, bestiality, beastiality, celebrity, celebrity, celebrity, children, family sex, farm sex, forced sex, illegal, incest, children, lolita, nudist, pedo, peta, peto, preteen, pre-teen, rape, juvenile, necrophilia and zoophilia are unacceptable meta tags. Example "B": The language "prohibited in countries" # "" suggests an illegal activity. Example "C": A site that displays images of killings, deaths or murders (pretend or not) is unacceptable. Example "D": Hyperlinks leading to gambling merchants or online celebrity sites would violate current banking policies. It is also forbidden to place hyperlinks on your site that lead to other illegal sites or that suggest illegal activity.
It is absolutely forbidden to process the following types of sites: Sites showing how to obtain free grants or grant giveaways, cash money-making schemes or making money at home opportunities, cash for opinions, etc. Celebrity or celebs, unless there is an agreement with the celebrity. (Note: Always escalate these to management), Nudist, Escort services, Online drugstores or directories to online drugstores, Spyware, malware, etc.
Users can review the basics about what is NOT ALLOWED on Yuzzer by visiting our policies, which include respective guidelines. Universally, content is strictly prohibited if it:
- Is illegal;
- Is non-consensual;
- Involves minors (under eighteen (18) years of age for the purposes of our child sexual assault material policy);
- Impersonates someone in a misleading or deceptive manner with the explicit aim of causing harm or dangerous behavior;
- Involves life-threatening violence, snuff, torture, or death;
- Involves inflammatory content including violent extremism or political provocation;
- Harasses or threatens or encourages others to do so;
- Is confidential information;
- Contains one or more unpermitted words;

Is spam according to the following laws:

- 18 U.S. Code § 2252 - Certain activities relating to material involving the sexual exploitation of minors
- 18 U.S. Code § 2252A - Certain activities relating to material constituting or containing child pornography

Obligations of Yuzzer
Yuzzer must enter into a written agreement with each content provider and such written agreement must:
- Specifically prohibit any activity that is illegal or otherwise violates the Standards

Require the content provider to obtain and keep on record written consent from all persons depicted in the content specific to the following areas:
- Consent to be depicted in the content
- Consent to allow for the public distribution of the content and to upload the content to the Yuzzer website
Require the content provider to verify the identity and age of all persons depicted in content to ensure that all persons depicted are adults and to be able to provide supporting documents upon request.
Yuzzer must only permit content uploads from verified content providers and must have a robust process for verifying the age and identity of the content provider, which includes the review and validation of a government-issued identification and steps to ensure that the government identification is in the possession of, and belongs to, the content provider. The use of a third-party vendor that specializes in the validation of government identifications is recommended.
All uploaded content must be reviewed prior to publication to ensure that the content is not illegal and does not otherwise violate the Standards.
Yuzzer must not market the content of its website or permit content search terms to give the impression that the content contains child exploitation materials or the depiction of nonconsensual activities.
Yuzzer must support a complaint process that allows for the reporting of content that may be illegal or otherwise violates the Standards and must review and resolve all reported complaints within seven (7) business days. In the event that such review yields evidence of illegal content, Yuzzer must remove that content immediately.
Yuzzer must offer the ability for any person depicted in a video or other content to appeal to remove such content. Once triggered, Yuzzer must, through a reasonable process, confirm that the appropriate consent was obtained, including as required above. If consent cannot be established, or if the person depicted in the content can demonstrate that the consent is void under applicable law, Yuzzer must remove the content with immediate effect.
Yuzzer must provide its Acquirer with monthly reports that include a list of all content, including URLs and videos, flagged as potentially illegal or otherwise in violation of the Standards and the relevant actions taken by Yuzzer, as well as details of all complaints and take-down requests Yuzzer received. The Acquirer must share these reports with Mastercard, upon request.
Yuzzer must not attract users to its website by utilizing adult content that is illegal or otherwise violates the Standards.
Yuzzer must have effective policies in place that prohibit the use of its website in any way that promotes or facilitates human trafficking, sex trafficking or physical abuse. Active membership and participation in an anti-human trafficking and/or anti-child exploitation organization is highly recommended.
Upon request, the Acquirer must be able to provide Mastercard with temporary account credentials that allow access to a Yuzzer website for up to seven (7) days to view all content that is behind a paywall or otherwise restricted to members of the Yuzzer website.
Content Removal
Yuzzer takes all content removal requests seriously and our dedicated support team works around the clock to quickly process and remove content that violates our Policies. Your report is completely confidential. When you report content, the user who posted the content will not see your name or any information about you.
Please complete the form below should you be the victim of, or come across content that you have personal knowledge of as constituting:
- Non-consensual production and/or distribution of your image (including but not limited to such things as: revenge porn, blackmail, exploitation);
- Content that reveals personally identifiable information (including but not limited to such things as: name, address, phone number, IP address);
- Otherwise abusive and/or illegal content.
Before continuing, we’d like you to know about some of the other avenues available that may be more appropriate, depending on the situation:
